What do we mean by embodied stillness? Techniques of moving out of the thinking mind, and into the subconscious. We offer meditation and breath to help you reach this peaceful place of stillness in every day life. We also incorporate these techniques into our other offerings so they become more accessible and routine. Our goal is for you to use these techniques confidently on your own.
